MANILA, Philippines — Batangas Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste has asked National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag why he would not summon Executive Secretary Ralph Recto over the alleged “honeytrap” plot if no one is above the law.

In a statement posted on his Facebook page, Leviste asked why Recto was not being called by NBI for its investigation on the government officials who have been targeted by a plan to frame different officials by having four women claim that they were coerced to have sex and use illegal drugs with them.
