Bulgaria is set for another hot and sunny weekend, with temperatures climbing well above 30°C across much of the country, while the Black Sea coast will enjoy slightly cooler conditions thanks to an easterly breeze.
Saturday is expected to bring clear skies nationwide. A light wind will blow across most regions, becoming moderate from the east-northeast in eastern Bulgaria. Daytime highs inland will generally range between 31°C and 36°C.
Along the Black Sea coast, sunshine will dominate throughout the day. A moderate east-northeast wind will help keep temperatures more comfortable, with afternoon highs expected between 27°C and 29°C.
The hot weather will continue on Sunday, with sunny conditions once again prevailing across the country. Temperatures are forecast to rise even further, reaching as high as 37°C in some inland areas.
Burgas is expected to enjoy ideal beach weather throughout the weekend. Sunshine is forecast on both days, with daytime temperatures reaching around 27°C on Saturday before climbing to about 30°C on Sunday. Overnight lows will remain near 20°C, while sea water temperatures are expected to stay around a pleasant 25°C.
