Former IDAC, head Advocate Andrea Johnson, has concluded six days of testimony at the Madlanga Commission on Wednesday.

The relationship between former Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) head Advocate Andrea Johnson and senior police officer General Feroz Khan came under intense scrutiny at the Madlanga Commission on Tuesday, with commissioners questioning whether their personal bond blurred the lines of professional conduct while Khan was facing a criminal investigation.

Johnson concluded six days of testimony on Tuesday under intense scrutiny from the Madlanga Commission, which is examining allegations linked to her leadership of IDAC.

A key aspect to emerge from her days of scrutiny was her relationship with Khan and allegations that she improperly shared information from a police docket while he was under investigation.

As a result the Commissioners questioned her extensively about claims that she improperly shared sensitive police information with Khan while he was subjected to a criminal investigation.
