The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) and human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, has announced that the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Tosin Ajayi, will be questioned in open court as proceedings resume in the controversial case popularly referred to as the "Tinubu Is A Criminal" trial.
Sowore disclosed this in a statement posted on his social media page on Monday, ahead of Tuesday's resumed hearing, describing the proceedings as a significant moment in the legal battle initiated by the DSS.
According to Sowore, the DSS Director-General will face questioning by his legal team during the court session.
"Tomorrow at the resumed 'Tinubu Is A Criminal' trial, initiated by the DSS, the Director-General of the DSS, Tosin Ajayi, will face questioning from our legal team in open court," Sowore wrote.
