The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) and human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, appeared before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday as proceedings continue in the controversial case instituted against him by the Department of State Services (DSS) over his statement that "Tinubu is a criminal."
The case, which has drawn significant public attention, is before Justice Mohammed Umar of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
