Formal ethics challenges face Investigating Directorate Against Corruption head Advocate Andrea Johnson following her recent testimony at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
A testimony from Advocate Andrea Johnson, whose head of the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC), has led to formal ethics challenges against her.
This is after the Public Interest SA (PISA) and Brigadier Dineo Mokwele lodged formal complaints against Johnson.
PISA lodged a complaint with the Legal Practice Council (LPC), while Mokwele filed with the IDAC Ombud.
The two complaints followed Johnson’s explosive and highly criticised testimony at the Madlanga Commission last week.
