The Legal Practice Council (LPC) confirmed on Friday that it has received a request from Public Interest SA (PISA), a civil movement, to investigate Johnson’s fitness to continue as a practising lawyer.
PISA approached the LPC on Thursday, seeking a disciplinary investigation into Johnson’s conduct, which was laid bare when she made confessions at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
