According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Russian artillery targeted the city’s central and Korabelny districts. The shelling struck a multi-story apartment building, killing a 47-year-old man at the scene and severely injuring two others. Prokudin reported that the artillery fire caused widespread structural damage across the targeted areas, impacting three multi-story apartment buildings, five private residential houses, an educational institution, a garage, and a vehicle.
