Fedorov also shared video footage from the impact zone showing emergency rescue workers carrying wounded individuals from the rubble. Authorities are continuing to assess the full extent of the damage and the number of casualties. Later, the head of the Military Administration said that the number of victims is rising – one child is known to have been injured.
