The Hellenic Post (ELTA) management team, led by CEO Michalis Mavropoulos, on Friday presented to the company’s employees the strategic priorities of ELTA’s new development plan.

According to a statement by the Hellenic Post, the new development plan sets out ELTA’s vision for 2026-2030 and its transition into a modern company providing services, logistics and commercial activities.

By leveraging Greece’s largest service network, new digital capabilities and modern financial services, ELTA aims to create Greece’s leading service platform for citizens and businesses.

Key priorities include revenue growth; the utilization of the nationwide network, operational excellence and the upgrading of customer experience, and the development of new services and revenue streams, as well as the exploitation of the organization’s real estate assets.

According to the same statement, at the center of all changes are ELTA’s employees and their participation in the company’s new course.
