Ukraine's air defense forces neutralized four Kh-59/69 guided air-to-surface missiles and 160 drones launched by Russian forces during an overnight attack that began on the evening of July 23.
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Force reported this on Telegram.
Since 18:00 on July 23, Russian forces launched five Kh-59/69 guided air-to-surface missiles from airspace over the Black Sea, as well as 180 attack drones, including Shahed loitering munitions (including jet-powered variants), Gerbera, Italmas, and Parodiya decoy drones. The drones were launched from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), temporarily occupied Donetsk, and Hvardiiske and Chauda in occupied Crimea.
The attack was repelled by the Air Force, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces.
