Wizz Air has launched a new direct connection between Burgas and Radom, Poland, expanding air links between Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast and one of the country’s key tourist markets. The first flight on the new route operated on July 21, with services scheduled twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, throughout the summer season of 2026.
Tickets for the new route are available through Wizz Air’s website and mobile application. The airline said the connection is expected to support both incoming tourism to Bulgaria and travel opportunities for Bulgarian passengers heading to Poland.
Radom, located in Poland’s Mazovia region, offers visitors a different experience from the country’s most popular tourist destinations. The city combines cultural heritage, historic architecture and a more relaxed atmosphere, making it suitable for short trips and weekend visits.
Among Radom’s main attractions is the Radom Air Show, considered the largest and most spectacular aviation event in Poland. Visitors can also explore the historic center, the Cathedral of St. Mary, the Mazovian Center for Contemporary Art “Elektrownya” and the city’s Town Hall. The location also makes Radom a convenient base for exploring central Poland, including nearby Warsaw.
