Law enforcement in action: A coordinated effort to recover stolen vehicles along the N4 corridor.
The successful recovery of four high-value vehicles in Mpumalanga last weekend has shed light on the strategic routes used by cross-border syndicates to move stolen assets out of the country.
While the N4 corridor — where law enforcement and private security partners intercepted these vehicles — remains a primary route into Mozambique, security analysts warn that the battle against vehicle trafficking extends far beyond these major highways.
The coordinated sweep was conducted by the White River Flying Squad, Provincial Anti-Hijacking Task Team (Ehlanzeni), Tonga Visible Policing (VISPOL), and Tracker Recoveries.
A recovered Toyota Hilux was stolen in Brits and intercepted on the N4 corridor.
