TIB stated that while it welcomed the recent rescue of schoolchildren abducted in Oyo State, the Federal Government must not treat the operation as a justification for ignoring hundreds of other Nigerians still in terrorist captivity.
The Take-It-Back (TIB) Movement has criticised President Bola Tinubu's administration over the "criminal abandonment" of 216 abducted women and children still being held by terrorists, demanding their immediate rescue.
In a statement issued on Tuesday by its National Coordinator, Juwon Sanyaolu, the movement expressed outrage over the continued captivity of 40 schoolchildren abducted from Mussa community in Askira-Uba Local Government Area of Borno State and 176 women and children kidnapped from Woro community in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State.

"The Take It Back Movement expresses its profound outrage at the continued captivity of the 40 Mussa schoolchildren abducted in Askira-Uba Local Government Area of Borno State and the 176 children and women kidnapped from Woro community in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State," the statement said.
