Murder accused Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, made a brief court appearance at the Johannesburg Magistrate Court.
Murder-accused and United Kingdom fugitive Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma briefly appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday following his weekend arrest in Kensington.
The matter was postponed to July 22 to enable verification of Tshuma’s immigration status in South Africa, State prosecutor Henry Mbobo said.
British authorities are still seeking the extradition of Tshuma, accused of murdering his wife and two daughters in Great Denham, Bedfordshire, on July 6.
He faces three counts of murder relating to the deaths of his wife, Zandile and their two daughters, 15-year-old Natalie and 5-year-old Nala.
