UK fugitive Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma appeared in court for the alleged murder of his wife, 42-year-old Nothabo Zandile Tshuma, and their two daughters, Natalie (15) and Nala (5).
Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, a murder suspect and fugitive from the United Kingdom, made a brief appearance in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Monday after being arrested in Kensington over the weekend.
According to State Prosecutor Henry Mbobo, the case was rescheduled for July 22 in order to verify Tshuma's immigration status in South Africa.
"Your Honour, I request that this matter be postponed until 22 July to enable the court to verify the accused's legal status in the Republic," Mbobo stated.
Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, a UK fugitive, was apprehended after a collaborative operation involving the South African Police Service and Interpol, prompted by the issuance of an Interpol Red Notice indicating his international wanted status.
