Nearly 70,000 consumers in the city of Chernihiv and across Chernihiv Oblast have been left without power following Russian attacks.

Details: Chernihivoblenergo initially reported that over 61,000 consumers in the city of Chernihiv had lost power as a result of the Russian attack.
