Following the Russian attack, 8,500 customers in 36 settlements in the Poltava region were left without power.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Vitalii Diakivnych, head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration.
“As a result of yesterday’s attack on an energy facility, an emergency power outage occurred for residential and business customers. Approximately 8,500 customers in 36 settlements are without power,” the statement reads.
Emergency crews from JSC Poltavaoblenergo are already working to restore power.
