Five people have been shot outside a shop in Lost City.
At least one innocent man was gunned down during two mass shootings that rocked Cape Town this week.
According to police, seven people were killed and five others were wounded in the bloody incidents.
At around 8:10pm on Wednesday, five men believed to be Rastafarians were shot at while standing in front of a local tuck shop on the corner of Laura Street and 8th Avenue in Lost City, Tafelsig.
A mere 20 minutes later, police responded to another shooting incident at a residence in Marcus Garvey, Philippi East, where seven people were shot.
