At least 11 people have been shot dead in three separate attacks across the Western Cape since Sunday night, five in a house in Gugulethu, four in Kayamandi, and two in Manenberg
Eleven people have been shot dead in three separate incidents in and around Cape Town since Sunday night.
Police have not established a motive for any of the attacks, and no arrests have been made.
The deadliest was in NY50, Gugulethu, during the early hours of Monday.
Police spokesperson Colonel André Traut said detectives from the Provincial Serious and Violent Crime Unit were investigating a multiple murder and an attempted murder after five people were killed and another wounded.
