Leading a team of 17 editors means making sure that every newspaper reaching our streets across the country offers real value - from breaking news and politics to business, sport, leisure and insightful analysis.
One of my most important responsibilities is signing off the front pages of our titles every evening.
One particular front page will stay with me forever.
