Dindigul district police have arrested the leader of a Self Help Group for women, Nagalakshmi, and owner of a micro-finance institution, Thiagarajan, on charges of taking away a cooking gas cylinder from the house of a woman, Sasikala, after she defaulted in repaying of SHG loan, in Batlagundu.The police said that when Sasikala and her husband were away at work, the duo had gone to her house for collection of loan dues. When the minor daughter told them that her parents were away, the man and woman took the LPG cylinder for non-repayment of loan.
