At least four people, including a child, were killed as a result of a Russian airstrike on the center of Sumy, with several others injured.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Oleh Hryhorov.
“Ground zero of the strike included a multi-storey residential building, a shop, and a road. There were many people at the site. Children,” he wrote.
According to Hryhorov, a 13-year-old child is in critical condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance to the injured.
He later reported that another person who had been critically injured in the Russian airstrike on Sumy died in hospital. This brought the death toll to three adults and one child.
