The number of people injured in a Russian airstrike on the city of Sumy has risen to 20, including two children.
According to Ukrinform, Artem Kobzar, Acting Mayor of Sumy, announced the update on Telegram.
"The number of people injured as a result of the Russian strike has increased to 20, including two children," Kobzar said.
He added that four of the injured are in critical condition. Doctors are fighting to save their lives and are providing all necessary medical care.
Emergency and rescue services remain at the scene, where efforts to deal with the aftermath of the attack are ongoing.
