Students from Uesiliana Vocational Centre in Savai'i showcased a vehicle built from unused metal at the National Post-School Education and Training Exhibition and Skills Competition.

The National PSET Exhibition and Samoa Skills Competition is a vibrant week-long event celebrating practical skills, innovation and learning within Samoa's Post-School Education and Training sector. It was held at the Samoa Football Complex.

It brings schools to showcase talents across key areas, including Fine Arts, Electrical Engineering, Carpentry and Joinery, Plumbing and Kitchen Operations.

UVC–Uesiliana Vocational Centre, also known as Uesiliana College, is a recognised technical and vocational education and training institution located in Satupa'itea, Savai'i.

Rev. Tuivanu Tuivanu, one of the representatives of UVC from Savai'i, said the purpose of making the vehicle was to further develop the students' understanding and expose them to ideas that are different from the vehicles that travel on public roads.
