Greek basketball’s anti-violence committee has sanctioned both Olympiakos and Panathinaikos with one match behind closed doors following a tunnel altercation after Game 5 of the Greek Basketball League finals at the Peace and Friendship Stadium last Saturday.

After reviewing closed-circuit footage, the committee fined Panathinaikos guard Kendrick Nunn and Olympiakos center Tyrique Jones €50,000 each. Nunn shoved Jones forcefully; Jones returned after being separated and punched Nunn.

Panathinaikos faces a total of four matches behind closed doors next season, combining penalties from the committee and the ESAKE sports judge.
