A video has emerged showing the altercation between newspaper publisher and sports club owner Vangelis Marinakis and former government official Grigoris Dimitriadis during Sunday’s EuroLeague basketball final in Athens.
The footage shows Marinakis walking down steps inside the Telekom Center when he encounters Dimitriadis.
A physical confrontation then breaks out, with bystanders intervening to separate the two men.

Marinakis owns the Alter Ego media group, Olympiakos’ football club, and England’s Nottingham Forest FC.
