Three men were arrested in central Thessaloniki early Wednesday for allegedly robbing a pedestrian at knife-point and stabbing him, authorities said.
A police statement said the suspects, all foreign nationals aged 17, 20 and 23, were taken into custody shortly after the attack, while another two men who evaded arrest are being sought.
The suspects allegedly stopped a 24-year old man and while some of them distracted him another caused him non life-threatening stab wounds and stole his jacket and mobile phone.
The nationalities of suspects and victim were not made public.
