Members of the Lagos State wing of the Nigerian Union of Teachers, NUT, on Tuesday staged a peaceful protest at the Lagos State House of Assembly demanded release of the abducted children and other people in the captive of kidnappers.

They lamented over the rising wave of kidnappings and killings across the country, particularly the recent abduction of schoolchildren, giving the Federal Government a one-week ultimatum to take decisive action against insecurity.
