U.S. futures for the S&P 500 were up 0.1% and futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.1%. Changes in futures do not necessarily predict movements after the opening bell.

In Europe, the Stoxx Europe 600 climbed 0.3% in morning trading. CTS Eventim rose 11.5% and Ocado Group climbed 8.4%. On the other hand, B&M European Value Retail sunk 2.7%, and Mycronic lost 2.1%. The FTSE 100 added 0.2%. Other stocks in Europe were up as France's CAC 40 gained 0.5% and Germany's DAX climbed 0.2%.

The Wall Street Journal Dollar Index was flat at 95.7.

In commodities, Brent crude fell 0.8% to $91.95 a barrel, and WTI crude dropped 1.2% to $87.83 a barrel. The European benchmark price for natural gas, the Dutch futures contract TTF, was up 0.4% to 47.16 euros a megawatt hour.

The German 10-year Bund yield rose by 1 basis point to 2.975% from 2.966%, and the yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury climbed by 1 basis point to 4.458% from 4.448%. Bond prices and yields move in opposite directions.
