TOKYO, Japan — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. descibed as “out of this world” the remarks made by Sen. Rodante Marcoleta that the Senate presidency of Alan Peter Cayetano is the only one without Malacañang’s blessing.
“Malacañang doesn’t give a rubber stamp to the Senate president,” the president asserted during an interview with Philippine media here before heading back to Manila from his four-day state visit.

He said it is only the senators who get to decide who their next president will be.
