Samsung Electronics will allow its employees to use generative AI models developed by other companies, such as ChatGPT, starting next month, according to an internal memo Tuesday.
The tech giant plans to officially launch an external generative AI service sometime in June, targeting its employees in the device experience (DX) division, representing the company's display, mobile and home appliance businesses, the notice said.
