LPA trough to bring cloudy skies, rains over eastern Mindanao
The trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over the eastern section of Mindanao on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.
A trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA) outside PAR — with high chance of developing into a tropical depression within 24 hours — is bringing scattered rains, thunderstorms and flash flood risk across Mindanao, Visayas, and Palawan on May 26. Operational teams with field assets or logistics in affected regions should monitor PAGASA updates closely as conditions may escalate rapidly.
