ANGELES CITY — At least two survivors of the collapsed nine-story building in Barangay Balibago said minors may have been inside the construction site before the structure gave way.

The accounts surfaced as rescuers continued searching for individuals feared trapped beneath the rubble of the unfinished mixed-use building along Teodoro Street.
