The African Action Congress (AAC) in Lagos State has officially announced the candidates who emerged during its primary elections for the governorship, senatorial, House of Representatives and Lagos State House of Assembly positions ahead of the next general elections.

The party said the primaries were conducted on Saturday in the presence of delegates and representatives of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), describing the exercise as peaceful, transparent and in line with democratic principles.

According to the party, the primary elections produced candidates across several constituencies and districts in Lagos State, including the governorship seat, senatorial districts, federal constituencies and state assembly constituencies.

AAC announced that Sol-Nuyi Oluwadamola Adesoca from Ikorodu Local Government Area emerged as the party’s governorship candidate.
