ads​Dahiru Liman, the Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly; Magaji Henry Danjuma, the Deputy Speaker; and Munira Suleiman Tanimu, the Majority Leader, have emerged as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates for their respective constituencies. The trio secured their nominations through consensus affirmation exercises conducted across Kaduna State.

​Liman was unanimously affirmed as the APC candidate for the Makera State Constituency during a primary exercise attended by party leaders, electoral officials, and supporters. Ezekiel Samuel Gode, the Returning Officer, declared the result and noted that Liman emerged unopposed after his adoption as the sole consensus candidate for the constituency.

​Electoral officers formalise unopposed nominations across constituencies

​In a similar exercise, Magaji Henry Danjuma, the Deputy Speaker, clinched the APC ticket for the Kagarko State Constituency. Party members across the constituent wards affirmed his candidature in an unopposed process. Abdulrahman Ibrahim Apo Jere, the APC Returning Officer, officially declared Danjuma the winner at the local government collation centre.
