MANILA, Philippines — There was no footage of closed-circuit television (CCTV) showing movements of the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms (OSAA) and Marines during a Senate shooting on Wednesday, Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca said on Friday.
Aplasca was asked if there was any CCTV footage within the premises of the Senate amid the possible arrest of Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.
He reponded by saying that he saw the flash of guns from National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents on the CCTV.
