MANILA, Philippines – Consumers in Luzon and the Visayas on Thursday may experience power interruptions again, as the grid operator issues new red and yellow alerts.

For the second consecutive day, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) has placed the Luzon grid under red alert from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

It would also be under yellow alert from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.
