G.D. Naidu flyover in Coimbatore will remain closed to motorists on two nights, April 25 and 26, for the installation of surveillance cameras.
A statement from the Coimbatore City Police said that the flyover on the arterial Avinashi Road will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the two nights.
It said that the Corporation and the Highways Department are installing surveillance cameras for the safety of motorists.
The police requested motorists to alternatively use Avinashi Road on the two nights to aid the installation works.
