Bill collector J. Sebastian, 56, attached to Zone 4, Ponmalai Zone office of the Corporation, had allegedly demanded and obtained ₹10,000 as bribe from R. Srinivasan of K.K. Nagar for determining tax on a vacant site in Ward No. 65.
