Noetra, a consortium owned by SoftBank, NEC, Sony and Honda, will run 27,500 Rubin GPUs for Japan’s FRONTia physical AI project. No price disclosed.

The state-backed buildout comprises 382 Vera Rubin NVL72 racks.
