Justice Minister and Inter-Ministerial Committee on Migration chairperson, Mmamoloko Kubayi, has revealed that at the time British - Zimbabwean fugitive Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma entered South Africa on July 5, he was not flagged as a fugitive.

Ndodana Tshuma, wanted for the alleged murders of his wife and daughters in the UK, has been captured in Johannesburg.

Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, 45, was arrested following an operation involving Interpol, the South African Police Service (SAPS) statement said.
