Police said an individual was charged with reckless operation endangering aviation safety late Friday afternoon.

The latest drone was snagged Tuesday night at 7:45 p.m. near Ontario Place Boulevard and Remembrance Drive, according to investigators.

Issuing a fresh warning to football fans and drone operators, police stressed that drones are not allowed in or around key World Cup locations.

Reports of the unauthorized drone being operated near Toronto Stadium came in on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
