UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that he was stepping down outside 10 Downing Street on Monday and will remain in the position until a successor is chosen.

The UK PM is expected to resign on Monday, as threats to his position build; however, a government source says Starmer remains focused on getting on with the job of governing.
