With fewer interactions, the bar for hospitality that makes people feel seen, welcomed, and valued only goes up.”Key initiatives under the new strategy include a restaurant redesign and the testing of ARCHY, an automated ordering system, to improve operational efficiency and customer interactions. This strategic overhaul follows the recent introduction of a new value menu and McDonald's also recently launched a new line of beverages, including a Mango Pineapple Refresher with strawberry popping boba and a Dirty Dr. Pepper with cold foam, as part of its commitment to offering compelling value to customers, especially during periods of inflation.
