Venezuela's interim president announces mass amnesty law

In her latest reform, Delcy Rodriguez said she would propose a general amnesty law covering the period of political violence from 1999 – when Hugo Chavez assumed power – to the present. In response, the US announced it plans to re-establish its diplomatic presence in the country.
