Qatari data center provider Meeza has secured an 8MW lease with an unnamed global hyperscaler.
The company revealed on September 7 that it had signed a long-term lease valued at more than QAR 1 billion ($270 million) with "one of the world's fastest-growing cloud services providers."

According to Meeza, this is the company's largest contract of its kind to date.
The capacity will be provided from an upcoming data center campus, which will be designed to accommodate cloud and AI workloads.
