Rum Group, formerly known as Rumble Inc., has signed a major capacity lease agreement for its data center in Maysville, Georgia.
As per an SEC filing, the contract is with an unnamed "US-based third-party cloud customer" for access to GPUs and GPU services at the data center site, which is currently under development.

The customer will purchase the GPU services in three tranches, with a total contract value of up to $13.7 billion spread over the tranches and the six-year commercial agreement duration.
The third tranche will be dependent on the customer's approval of the delivery schedule.
