It was a memorable morning for the residents of Vijayapura. A large number of girls and women participated in the Women’s Promo run through a route that passed before historical monuments like the Gol Gumbaz. They wore ethnic and traditional dresses. Most of them ran in sarees.It was organised as a run-up to the Vrikshathon Heritage Run scheduled for December 13.
