Ukrainian Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara held a phone call with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, during which he briefed his counterpart on the intensification of Russia’s aerial terror campaign.

The Ukrainian Defense Minister thanked Germany for its extremely important support and leadership in working with other partners.

Khmara briefed his counterpart on Russia’s intensifying aerial terror campaign. The key threats at present are jet-powered drones and ballistic missiles.

“Ukraine is developing its own defense plan and is already implementing asymmetric measures that are producing results. At the same time, rapidly strengthening protection against Russian strikes remains a priority,” the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said.
